Montgomery County SPCA seeks foster homes for pets (The Leader-Herald)
AMSTERDAM - Because of limited space and resources at the Montgomery County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Shelter, more than 100 lost or abandoned animals are waiting to be admitted. As winter approaches, the MCSPCA is asking area residents to provide foster care for pets until space becomes available at the shelter.
